Exchange of segments for a flexible tool application!

With the MRS1 series the marking is achieved by a partial revolution of the marking roll. After unwinding of the text, the tool is retracted and returns to the start position. Thus, the marking of different work piece diameters is possible. The use of exchangeable segments increases the flexibility as the text can be varied according to the requested application. Typical applications are the marking of dates or changing batch numbers on the work piece.

Application and handling:

Marking is effected by a one-time turn of the marking segment roll. Marking up to a shoulder is possible.
The symmetric design of the segments spares the consideration of the reading direction (with centrical layout)
