Continuous roll marking 

The zeus® MC1 series is based on the continuous roll marking system. This system is suiatble for all marking types. The tool holders are also suitable for knurling applications. Our product programme contains several tool versions for different machine types.

Spring return marking

Marking tools with a return spring are used for marking different work piece diameters.   

Application:

• Marking roll suitable for any work piece diameter
• Marking is done by a partial revolution of the marking roll
• Precise positioning of marking across work piece circumference  
• 3 driving dots are usually visible on the marked work piece before and after the text

Marking types on work piece:

With the zeus® MRS1 series a very flexible tool use is possible. Based on the return principe of the marking roll, the marking is effected independent from work piece diameter. In addition, the individual marking, sign or number segments are easy to change.

Application:

• Suitable for any work piece diameter. Marking segments can be used for the marking of different work pieces.
• Engraving of the marking achieved through a partial revolution of the marking roll
• Usually 3 driving dots visible on the marked work piece
• Precise setting of text along the work piece circumference possible
• Easy exchange of one or more segments - Suitable for marking of production dates, etc.
