New: Marking tool 432

To the increased requirements in the field of marking we respond with our new marking tool zeus® 432. This new tool series will be presented on the Turning Days 2011 for the first time.

A very often expressed request of our customers ranked first with the development of the new series: With the new marking tool 432 it is now possible to mark up to a shoulder.

The tool series 432 is based on the spring return marking system, which allows the marking of work pieces with different diameters and forms. The new tool series is further equipped with a marking segment roll: This means that the segments can be exchanged easily according to the required marking content. The marking text can thus be altered flexibly without having to invest in a separate marking roll for each change of the marking text. As a result, tool costs can be reduced in the long run.

The axis of the segment holding unit has eight cross holes which allow the positioning of the segment holding unit at different positions (8x45°) on the holder. Depending on the position, a certain text segment can be chosen.
